• Serve as a strategic legal advisor to Market Access field teams on interactions with payers, formulary committees, pharmacy benefit managers, integrated delivery networks, health systems, and other healthcare decision-makers, including account planning, customer engagement, and the use of approved materials.
• Advise on the development and field presentation of Healthcare Economic Information (HCEI), including appropriate audience, scope, and context.
• Provide legal guidance on Pre-Approval Information Exchange (PIE) activities involving investigational products and unapproved uses.

• Develop and deliver training, playbooks, templates, and practical guidance that strengthen legal acumen and promote consistent execution across the organization.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on projects, contracts, investigations, audits, complaints, government inquiries, and other matters that may affect patient-services strategy or execution.
