Job Description

Build the future of one of the world's largest supply chains!

Did you know that at P&G we consider Product Supply (PS) the engine that accelerates value creation? Every day, millions of consumers rely on our products, and behind every product on a shelf there is a complex supply chain making it possible. From manufacturing plants to distribution centers, our teams work together to deliver products safely, efficiently, and sustainably around the world.

As a DC Project Engineer Intern you will have an unique opportunity to work at one of P&G's key logistics hubs in Europe, where you will help shape the future of our warehousing and distribution operations.

You will be involved in engineering, construction, automation, and infrastructure projects that directly impact how thousands of products move through our logistics network every day. Whether it's improving operational efficiency, supporting facility expansions, implementing new technologies, or enhancing workplace safety, your work will have a tangible impact on the business from day one.

This is not a "watch and learn" internship - you will own real projects, collaborate with experienced engineers and leaders, and see your ideas become reality in a fast-paced operational environment.

What will you do?

As a DC Project Engineer Intern, you will support projects that improve the performance, safety, and sustainability of our Distribution Center.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead specific project workstreams from idea to execution.
• Participate in engineering and construction projects within the Distribution Center.
• Collaborate with operations teams, contractors, suppliers, and technical experts.
• Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with engineering, environmental, and safety standards.
• Present project recommendations and results to business leaders.

Why this internship is different?

At P&G, interns are trusted with responsibilities that matter. From Day 1, you'll:

• ✅ Own a real business challenge
• ✅ Work directly with engineering and site leadership teams
• ✅ Gain exposure to large-scale logistics and distribution operations
• ✅ Develop project management and leadership skills
• ✅ See the direct impact of your work on day-to-day operations
• ✅ Build a strong foundation for a future career in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations

Ready to build something that matters? Join us in Barcelona and help design the projects, systems, and technologies that keep millions of P&G products moving across the world. At P&G, you'll do more than learn about engineering. You'll practice it.
