We've built an AI platform for finance and investment professionals that integrates with critical applications to create a unified intelligence layer. Our platform serves as the central nervous system for financial organizations, connecting disparate systems and workflows through a sophisticated AI layer.

Our platform empowers investment management professionals to streamline complex workflows through AI agents and intelligent automation, enabling better decision making and operational efficiency. We've solved two of the most complex problems applying AI to financial organizations. First is precision and accuracy which are non-negotiable in this industry. Second is building an AI system that deeply understands the entire organization, their data and workflows—both essential for building the modern investment office with AI.

We’re a seed-stage company funded by Madrona Venture Group. We work with some of the world's largest asset managers who manage trillions of dollars. We are a team with deep expertise in finance and technology and are growing fast. Our team brings decades of financial industry experience and has previously built fintech companies acquired by Nasdaq and ADP.

As a Software Engineer You'll

• Drive core product development across our full stack (Python, React/TypeScript, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

• Build systems where financial accuracy is non-negotiable

• Improve retrieval and context systems to efficiently process financial information at enterprise scale

• Design agent architectures to coordinate complex financial tasks with high reliability

• Develop verification and auditability systems for AI outputs

• Build the central integration layer that connects with critical financial applications across the enterprise

What we're looking for

• Strong programming skills across the full stack

• Proven track record building impactful projects or production code

• Experience with our tech stack: Python, React/TypeScript, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

What we offer

• Competitive salary with fully covered health benefits (including dental and vision)

• Above-market equity

• Opportunity to shape AI products for the asset management industry

You'll be joining our small and talent dense team where your contributions will directly impact the future of our company. This is a chance to solve unique technical challenges at the intersection of AI and finance—building systems that serve as the operational backbone for large financial enterprises with their complex, interconnected infrastructures. You'll tackle problems where complete accuracy is essential and help define the next generation of financial systems powered by AI
