Sales Executive (Camberwell, VIC, AU)

We’re on the lookout for our next Sales Executive to join our team, looking after Eastern Melbourne!

At LION, we believe life’s too short to settle for ordinary. And when you’re representing brands that bring people together and create great experiences, working in sales feels a little different.

This is your opportunity to get out in market, build great customer relationships and grow some of the most exciting spirits brands in Australia, including Four Pillars Gin, Fortaleza, The Dalmore, Jura, Flor de Caña and Four Roses Bourbon.

We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with customers, has a drive to deliver results and is ready to make their mark. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

• Own your territory: Drive sales performance, identify opportunities for growth and bring our brands to life across on-premise and off-premise customers.
• Hunt with our Pride: Drive new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
• Win with our customers: Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that benefit the customer, consumer and LION.
• Be a brand advocate: Bring our brands to life through high‑impact, consumer‑focused execution.
• Share your passion: Deliver memorable events and training sessions with the consumer front and centre.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in sales, ideally within liquor, beverages or FMCG. A strong hospitality background with a commercial mindset could also set you up for success.
• A genuine love of building relationships and finding opportunities to grow.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the confidence to manage your own territory and deliver results.
• Local market insight, you understand your community and use that knowledge to achieve outstanding outcomes.
• A valid driver's licence and RSA.

Ready for something less ordinary?

If you're ready to make your mark with an incredible portfolio of spirits brands, we'd love to hear from you.

You don't need to tick every box to apply. If you're excited by the opportunity and think you could bring something great to our team, we encourage you to put your hand up.
