Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, your day involves delivering expert consultation on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. You engage deeply with clients to comprehend their needs and translate these into practical business and technology strategies. Your role includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align technology with business objectives. You ensure that the solutions implemented accurately reflect the client s requirements, fostering seamless integration and enhanced operational effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Assist in the development and documentation of integration processes and workflows.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor and improve integration solutions to enhance performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.
- Experience with designing and implementing business process workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
