What You'll Do
Run the transaction flow.
Talk to customers to resolve issues and keep the sale moving.
Build accurate, auction-ready vehicle listings.
Fix dealer issues from checkout through to close so deals finish without delay.
Issue gate passes, book transport, and manage delivery logistics.
Handle the intake, listing, and delivery of vehicles from our OEM partners.
Keep the marketplace covered.
Learn the entire lifecycle so you can troubleshoot any step.
Cover for the team when they're out or when the volume spikes.
Improve how the work is done.
Find the gaps in the transaction flow, document them, and then fix them with the team.
Build and maintain Metabase dashboards that show how the operation is doing.
Work with Sales, Finance, and Product on projects to reduce inventory turn time and speed up cash conversion.
Success at 12 Months
You can run any step of the transaction lifecycle without a handoff, and the team will trust you to cover for them.
Consumers, dealers, and OEMs get quick, accurate answers from you.
The process changes you shipped are still in use, and Ops are reporting their figures from the dashboards you built.
You've worked on at least one cross-functional project that reduced inventory turn time or cash conversion.
What You'll Bring
Up to 4 years in transaction, delivery, auction, logistics, or marketplace ops.
You're comfortable on the phone with consumers and dealers, including the difficult calls.
You catch the little things in listings, documents, and handoffs.
You work comfortably in spreadsheets and at least one reporting / BI tool.
You fix the process rather than just running it.
Nice to Have
Metabase or SQL.
Time at an EV OEM, dealership, vehicle auction, or online vehicle marketplace.
Workflow automations via Zapier or the like.
AI tools for triage, drafting responses, and reporting.
Startup or high-growth tech experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary: $75,000 to $85,000
Salary ranges reflect independent, third-party benchmarking against national compensation data. Where an individual’s actual offer falls within that range depends on a combination of factors, including relevant experience, specialized skills, training and qualifications, current business needs, and prevailing market conditions. Ranges are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted to reflect changing market conditions.

This full-time position is based in Sawtelle (between Santa Monica and West Los Angeles) and is in person. We will not provide relocation assistance to successful candidates. Sponsorship is not available at this time.
