monday.com is pioneering a truly AI-native, agentic platform where intelligence is a core architectural component, not just an add-on. As an AI-first engineering organization, we've built a unified ecosystem where autonomous agents and workflows actively execute work on our users' behalf. From investing in an open MCP interface to orchestrating fleets of agents across the development lifecycle, we combine deep platform expertise with rapid iteration to solve high-magnitude challenges at scale. We aren't just adopting AI; we are redefining what product and engineering can be in an agentic world.

monday CRM is one of the fastest-growing products in the monday.com portfolio, with tens of thousands of customers and strong momentum across segments. But the most interesting part isn't the scale: it's the transformation underway. We are actively evolving CRM into an AI-native product suite — one where intelligence is embedded across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to expansion. This is not a future roadmap; it's what we're building today.

The CRM Sales group is at the forefront of this shift, enabling users to run their core CRM workflows through proactive Agentic experiences that help revenue teams close more deals — on Desktop and Mobile.
