About Remepy

Remepy is pioneering Hybrid Drugs, a new class of medicine combining traditional drugs with personalized, AI-driven therapeutic apps. Remepy partners with leading pharma companies to bring to market Hybrid Drugs, that integrate pharmacology with adaptive physical, cognitive, and behavioral interventions into a single treatment, enabling scalable, multidisciplinary care within a standard drug prescription model. Supported by emerging FDA frameworks for drug–software combination products and strong clinical data, this model is rapidly gaining traction. Remepy's lead program, Hybridopa for Parkinson's, is entering Phase III following strong Phase IIa results.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned programs across Remepy's pipeline, which may span multiple therapeutic areas, stages of development, and partner-sponsored collaborations.
• Manage planning, development, testing, and release of digital protocol features required for clinical and commercial readiness.
• Build structured delivery plans covering scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Keep Product, Engineering, QA/RA, Clinical, Medical, Regulatory, CMC, and Therapeutics aligned on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Serve as Remepy's day-to-day delivery counterpart to pharmaceutical partners: manage joint timelines and deliverables, run partner working groups, and prepare materials for joint steering and governance meetings.
• Run cross-team meetings that drive accountability and on-time milestones.
• Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external partners, including pharmaceutical partners, CROs, clinical sites, and technology vendors, and manage dependencies where partner decisions affect Remepy timelines.
• Support preparation of program documentation, training materials, and operational tools.
• Ensure delivery processes adhere to Remepy's QMS and relevant regulatory standards for Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and clinical studies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in project or delivery management, preferably within technology, digital health, medical devices, or SaMD.
• Track record managing complex cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
• Clinical trial experience (Phase 1 to 3), or direct collaboration with CROs or clinical sites, is a strong advantage.
• Experience delivering projects within a pharma or biotech partnership, alliance, or co-development structure is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and release management.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical, clinical, and operational teams.
• Comfortable representing the company to senior external stakeholders and managing timelines you don't fully control.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.
