Our teams are builders, problem-solvers, and innovators committed to shaping the future of security. If you are excited to solve hard problems alongside talented, mission-driven people, we invite you to help us build a safer future for humanity.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a driven and ambitious sales professional helping to drive growth across India for SentinelOne’s Commercial sales team. You will identify and qualify high-value leads through both inbound and outbound outreach, serving as a key link between our Marketing and Sales teams - initiating conversations, understanding potential customers’ needs, and setting the foundation for successful enterprise-level engagements. This role requires 2 days in office per work week.

We’re looking for someone confident with cold outreach and prospecting, ideally with experience in a Sales Development position. However, we’re also open to candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills in lead generation, business development, or client-facing roles. If you’re results-driven, naturally curious, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

• Present SentinelOne to potential commercial clients across the India region.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage inbound interest and actively pursue outbound opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs, business models, and key decision-making processes.
• Tailor product messaging and solutions to resonate with enterprise-level prospects.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
• Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives to progress deals.
• Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strategic alignment.
• Report on key metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager.
• Stay current on product features, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 2 year of experience in a Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead-generation role.
• Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and outbound outreach.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to confidently deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and learning.
