The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You're Our Person If...

Even Better If...

The Experience

You will support the growth and transformation of mid-market-sized companies (300 to fewer than 600 employees) in the Chubu-Tokai region (Aichi, Gifu, Mie, and Shizuoka).

As the owner of your assigned customers/territory, you will build sales plans, make proposals to new customers, and drive upsell and cross-sell with existing customers. Your main contacts will be business leaders such as owners and executives, and your sales work will have a strong consulting element.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Drive new customer acquisition and deepen existing relationships in your accounts/territory, working closely with Marketing, Inside Sales, Channel Sales, and partners. Go beyond solving customer problems by proposing the future customers want to achieve and the ideal state they should aim for, as a Trusted Advisor.
• Because you provide services rather than products, you won't spend effort on product shipping or delivery and can focus on proposals that drive customer success.
• Most of your proposals in this team will be to CEO-level contacts, so you can build proposal skills directly tied to management.
• Because you propose to decision-makers, the time from opportunity creation to contract is short, giving you plenty of closing experience.

You're Our Person If...

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry
• Established and practiced methods for finding opportunities, prioritizing, and managing the sales process to achieve targets
• Sales experience with an individual quota
• New customer acquisition experience
• Drive for self-growth and the flexibility to enjoy change
• Customer-first mindset, strong commitment to budget, and an active approach to work
• An openness to adopting new approaches rather than sticking to conventional methods

Even Better If...

• Experience with problem-solving proposals
• Knowledge of enterprise applications centered on BPM, such as CRM, ERP, BI, SCM, and PLM
• Active use of new technologies such as smartphones, tablets, business applications, and social media
