At EE, connection meets leadership.

We believe the qualities that make you unique are exactly the ones that help you thrive – not just as a Sales Advisor, but as a leader on the shop floor. Our stores celebrate individuality, and your ability to adapt, stay resilient, guide others and remain composed under pressure is where you’ll truly shine.

Whether you’ve navigated challenges, balanced responsibilities or thrived while hitting targets, you already have the foundations of a great Senior Retail Advisor. In this role, you’ll be a role model –  offering support, encouragement, and direction when needed most.

As a Senior, your influence goes beyond the brilliant customer experiences you already deliver. You’ll still match customers with the right solutions, but you’ll also help keep the store running smoothly, step in to lead when the Manager and Assistant Manager are away – and create an environment where both customers and colleagues feel confident, supported, and valued. Your ability to think on your feet, stay calm in busy moments, and bring positivity to every interaction is exactly what we’re looking for.

Adaptability is key. If you’re curious, open to learning and excited to help yourself and others grow, you’ll fit right in. All you need is the drive to succeed, the confidence to be yourself and the people skills to lift those around you. We’ll give you all the training and support you need to step into leadership with pride.

We know life never stands still. That’s why we offer flexibility wherever possible –  whether you need part-time hours, set working days, or support during unexpected moments. If you’re the right person for the role, we’ll do everything we can to make it work for you.

At EE, you’ll find more than a job –  you’ll find a team that values your resilience, supports your growth and celebrates your success.
