SAP PS Configurations Support and troubleshoot SAP PS-related issues (L3 support) Manage high-priority incidents (P1/P2), perform RCA, and maintain SLAs Handle project structures, cost planning, and revenue recognition Support agency closing processes and continuous improvements Integrate SAP with in-house and third-party systems Lead workshops for process adoption and major enhancements Prepare effort estimates and ensure timely, high-quality delivery Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing Prepare and update support documentation and training materials Driving automation initiatives and enhancing in-house tools to streamline organizational processes and maximize operational efficiency Analyze IT processes and propose improvements to bring solution improvements Deliver knowledge transfer sessions Track delivery timelines and gather feedback
