Job Description :

A Day in the Life You will lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS platforms, steering complex rollouts from technical scoping to global adoption.

Reporting to the Tech Program Director, you partner daily with product owners, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders across our divisions.

- Steer the roadmap, release cycles, and budget for our global SaaS ecosystem, maintaining alignment with architecture standards.

- Partner across our tech community of 2, 000 Tech Experts across 40+ disciplines to integrate scalable cloud solutions.

- Connect SaaS platform services with connected consumer technologies, including digital tools

- Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery squads across 80 represented nationalities, resolving delivery blockers and technical dependencies.

- Oversee SLAs, and integration milestones to ensure reliable platform performance.

We Are Looking For You bring structured project governance, a collaborative mindset, and solid technical depth in software delivery.

You bring:

- Project & Programme Management: Demonstrated track record leading complex, enterprise-wide SaaS implementations and release timelines.

- Cloud & SaaS Architecture: Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and enterprise software ecosystems.

- Agile Frameworks: Extensive experience steering cross-functional squads using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.

- Stakeholder Management: Clear communication skills to translate complex tech concepts for business leaders and technical teams alike.

- Collaborative Leadership: Proven capability to guide international teams across multiple functions and time zones.
