About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Operations Specialist (Driver Engagement and Growth - Communications and CRM). This is a hands-on and impact-focused role where you’ll be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution with drivers across multiple channels and be expected to operate with agility and independence.
You’ll collaborate with local ops, local marketing and central marketing specialist teams to shape and execute end-to-end communication strategies and campaigns tailored specifically for our drivers across social media, WhatsApp, email, and in-person activations at local hubs.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Lead and execute driver communication strategies and campaigns across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, social media, in-app, and offline touchpoints) to support engagement, growth, and marketplace objectives.
Partner with Central, Local Operations, Local Marketing, Lifecycle, and Legal teams to plan and deliver effective communications for product launches, feature rollouts, regulatory updates, and driver initiatives.
Create, adapt, and manage engaging, compliant content tailored to driver audiences, including social media content, newsletters, educational materials, and hub assets.
Develop targeted and segmented communication campaigns throughout the driver lifecycle, continuously testing and optimising content, timing, and channels to maximise reach, adoption, and engagement.
Build trust and strengthen the driver community through clear, transparent, and consistent communication while gathering and incorporating driver feedback into communication strategies.
Measure campaign performance through data-driven reporting, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, adoption, and conversions, and applying insights to improve future initiatives.
About you
5-6 years of experience in content creation, communications, engagement, social marketing, and campaign management. Previous independent ownership of a comms channel end-to-end.
Experience with similar audiences, community building and/or marketplace environments (e.g. gig economy, platforms, logistics, mobility) is a strong plus.
Hands-on experience with lifecycle/CRM platform (preferably Braze), as well as managing and monitoring social and digital channels (WhatsApp, Facebook groups, email, etc.).
Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone for different segments and platforms.
Familiar with performance tracking, campaign reporting and insight generation.
Plus: Comfortable turning ideas into social assets quickly without relying on heavy creative support.
