At Sysdig, we believe cloud security isn't a compromise - it's a promise. From the start, our mission has been clear: to help organizations secure innovation in the cloud, the right way.   We created Falco, the open standard for cloud threat detection, and continue to lead the cloud security market with runtime insights, open innovation, and agentic Al. Creators of technology trusted by over 60% of the Fortune 500, Sysdig gives teams the real-time clarity to move fast and defend what matters most.   Culture matters here. We believe diversity fuels stronger ideas, and open dialogue drives sharper decisions. Recognized as a Best Place to Work and one of Deloitte's fastest-growing companies for the past 5 years, we're here to raise the standard for what cloud security and workplace culture should be.   If you have the passion to dig deeper, the desire to challenge convention, and the curiosity to build something better, Sysdig is the right place for you.

What you will do

• Build and maintain hands-on lab scenarios and technical content (YAML- and Markdown-based) that reflect real-world use cases, with support from senior team members.
• Script and automate parts of the training environment (Bash/Python), and help troubleshoot the delivery platform (e.g. Instruqt, LMS) when issues come up.
• Help design and deliver training sessions, demos and workshops, starting alongside senior instructors and taking ownership of smaller sessions over time.
• Write clear, concise courseware and technical instructions, and apply the basics of instructional design to align material with clear learning outcomes.
• Use AI coding/agent clients (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, or equivalents) to help build labs, write scripts and draft content faster, learning when to trust and when to verify their output.
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, ask for feedback often, and steadily build both technical depth and presentation confidence.

What you will bring with you

• A working understanding of core DevOps and cloud-native concepts (containers, orchestration, CI/CD, Linux, cloud fundamentals), and eagerness to go deeper.
• Hands-on comfort scripting in at least one language (Bash or Python) and working with YAML/Markdown.
• Clear written and verbal communication and genuine enthusiasm for teaching and presenting to technical audiences, with room to grow.
• Comfort experimenting with AI coding/agent CLI clients (Claude Code, Codex, or similar).
• Curiosity, reliability, and a habit of asking for and integrating feedback.
• Professional English, written and spoken (an additional language is a plus).

What we look for

• Someone who applies newly acquired skills to deliver small components of training independently and connects technical topics to customer use cases.
• A dependable, collaborative team member who follows best practices, seeks feedback, and shows initiative in improving content and delivery.
• Growth potential toward a well-rounded enablement professional who can both build and teach.
