We’re looking for Experienced Packaging Operators to join our Packaging Production Team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

We're heading into a busy production period and need hands-on operators who can hit the ground running, bring solid packaging experience, and help us keep producing the beers we're proud of.

At Stone & Wood, you'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team that takes pride in what we do. We believe diverse teams brew better ideas and better beer!

You'll have the opportunity to bring your existing skills to a fast-paced production environment, work with great people, and contribute to a culture where safety, quality, teamwork and continuous improvement come first.

What we're looking for

This time around, we're specifically looking for people with previous experience operating packaging or production equipment, ideally within a brewery, beverage or FMCG manufacturing environment.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Hands-on experience in packaging operations within a manufacturing or production environment – essential.

• Experience operating, monitoring and troubleshooting packaging machinery.

• A good understanding of production processes, quality standards and safe working practices.

• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and responding to production challenges.

• A proactive, reliable attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
