About the job
The role serves as the main point of contact for daily warehouse operations, ensuring orders are processed on time, to agreed standards, and cost-effectively. It involves monitoring distribution activities, managing day-to-day DC operations in Germany, and coordinating with 3PL partners, as well as retail, wholesale, and digital teams to optimize warehousing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Daily operations.
- Discuss and review daily operations, resolve immediate issues, and ensure alignment on daily goals and KPIs
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges related to warehouse operations, including delays, discrepancies, and quality concerns
- Respond to ad hoc requests for information or support, such as creating specific data reports, providing insights on logistics processes, or supporting specific initiatives from other departments
- Internal stakeholder management
- Review performance metrics, discuss order fulfillment rates, address customer service concerns, handle quality control issues, and manage escalations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between warehouse operations and cross functional teams such. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to meet business objectives
- Reporting & Updates
- Generate and distribute smaller reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory levels, order status, and other relevant metrics. Prepare weekly updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Project involvement:
- Participate in projects such as implementing value-added services (e.g., special packaging or customization), setting up returns processes, and integrating new business functions. Activities may include planning, coordination, and execution.
- Audit support:
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards, and implementing corrective actions if necessary.
About you

- Results driven and ambitious, motivated and strives to achieve team and personal goals
- Good time-management skills. Knows how to effectively prioritize demands of both the function and business unit. Completes tasks correctly & on time.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and German
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, service delivery, warehouse operations, or supply chain management, preferably in the fashion industry.
This is a hybrid position based in our Dorsten, Germany Distribution Centre. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary for this role is € 59,100 gross per year. The amount an employee will earn will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
