You will take real responsibility for VAP projects while receiving close guidance from experienced VAP colleagues. The year is designed to broaden your experience across access, RWD and HTA and progressively increase your independence and responsibility.

Our commitment: we will invest in your development, provide coaching and meaningful VAP experience, and create opportunities for you to build the capabilities needed to operate independently as a VAP Manager.

Your commitment: bring your existing experience, curiosity and drive, take ownership of your development and be ready to learn fast and step into increasing responsibility.
