The Technology, Data, and Intelligence (TDI) Team Message

Okta’s Technology, Data and Intelligence (TDI) team delivers the systems, tools, and services that power internal operations across the company. By optimizing our core procurement and financial operations, we ensure seamless integration and efficiency across our financial ecosystem. From strategic sourcing and supplier onboarding to global treasury payments, we partner across functions to drive scale and innovation through technology.

The Staff Product Analyst Opportunity

Reporting to the Director - Finance Technology, this role will serve as the functional expert optimizing and supporting our end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) processes. Based in Chicago, IL or Bellevue, WA, you will drive the functional architecture, configuration, and continuous optimization of key financial systems while translating complex business requirements into technical solutions. This is a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional finance technology initiatives and leverage your S2P expertise to build scalable, compliant, and highly integrated enterprise solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Accounting stakeholders to analyze, refine, and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions within Okta's S2P ecosystem.
• Drive the functional architecture, configuration, and optimization of key financial systems (Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, Kyriba) while mapping end-to-end data flows and automated banking file transfers.
• Lead cross-functional project execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and post-implementation support for critical finance technology initiatives.
• Establish robust system controls, audit trails, and data governance standards for SOX compliance, while designing and building GenAI and MCP integrations with financial systems.

What you'll bring to the role

• 8+ years of dedicated experience as a Product Analyst focused on solutioning, analysis, and design, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• Deep domain knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes (e-procurement, invoice processing, treasury operations) and hands-on functional expertise with core systems like Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, and Kyriba Pay.
• A core strength in leading upfront program scoping, translating abstract business challenges into optimal solutions, and strong capabilities in process mapping and executive stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in data mapping, API-based integrations, multi-currency accounting logic, and flat-file banking formats (BAI2, ISO 20022), backed by a solid understanding of SOX controls and financial security best practices.

Why Join Us

• Desirable Technical Skills: Working experience with GenAI and MCP on cloud platforms like AWS, as well as certifications in Coupa, NetSuite, or Treasury (CTP, PMI-PBA, CBAP), are highly preferred and will accelerate your success.
• High-Visibility Impact: You will be the functional expert steering the end-to-end transformation of Okta's core procurement and financial operations, directly managing complex system releases and vendor relationships in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Growth and Support: Collaborate closely with a cross-functional network of finance and technology leaders, gaining the opportunity to pioneer new AI integrations and shape the future of our global financial systems architecture.
