eToro is the world's leading social trading network, providing millions of users across the globe with a one-stop solution for their trading and investing needs. Since 2007, eToro has positioned itself as a fintech leader, pioneering social trading and machine-learning-powered investment products. In Australia, eToro operates several regulated entities, including eToro AUS Capital Limited and eToro Asset Management Limited, which hold Australian Financial Services Licences (AFSLs) under ASIC oversight. The Australian business also includes Spaceship Super, a digitally driven superannuation offering designed to make retirement investing simple and accessible for members, with member assets held under an external trustee arrangement.

• Compliance Plan: Assist with compliance plan monitoring activities and associated follow-up reviews across the Australian entities
• Risk: Support risk identification, monitoring, incident management, and control reviews across the Australian entities, in line with the group risk management framework
• Trustee Engagement: Support the relationship with Spaceship Super’s external trustee to enable effective governance and regulatory oversight of the superannuation offering
• Training: Develop and conduct targeted risk and compliance training programs across the Australian business
• Projects: Support special projects including new product launches, data analysis, compliance audits, and remediation planning
