Key RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, or a related field (or a recent graduate)A portfolio showcasing coursework, personal, or internship projects (mandatory)Basic familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDGenuine interest in solving real-world problems for a B2C, app-based healthcare productWillingness to learn user-centered design principles and observe user behaviorGood communication skills and comfort presenting work to a teamA collaborative, feedback-friendly attitudeInterested in a healthy lifestyle would be a plus; curiosity about health & fitness apps and productsAble to commit to the internship duration on a full-time basis
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the design team with wireframes, mockups, and visual design for assigned featuresShadow senior designers across end-to-end product design flowsSupport user research activities and help document insightsParticipate in design critiques and team reviews to build design judgmentHelp maintain design file organization and documentationTake on small, well-scoped design tasks with guidance and feedback from mentorsLearn how design decisions connect to business and user goals in a healthcare contextPresent work-in-progress and completed tasks in team meetings
