Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards Champion a culture of safety across all waste operations, conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety and environmental stewardship.

Operational Problem Solving You will address operational challenges proactively, resolving logistical issues, managing emergency situations, implementing contingency plans, and ensuring minimal disruption to waste services. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining operational resilience and service continuity.
