🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll join the BDR Outbound team in Barcelona, within our Sales department. Your mission: generate opportunities on complex high-budget events (€100,000+) with strategic UK accounts that are still untapped.

Day-to-day, you'll:

• Select high-potential strategic accounts and analyse relevant signals (news, funding rounds, past and upcoming events, etc.) to time your approaches.
• Identify the right ICPs (Event Managers, Internal Communications, Office Managers, etc.) and build a smart sequencing strategy.
• Run multichannel cold outbound: sustained activity (calls, personalised emails, LinkedIn touches), structured in account-based sequences inside HubSpot.
• Book meetings and prepare structured briefs for Account Executives, ready to be converted into six-figure deals.

You'll be trained on the Naboo pitch, account-based prospecting methodology, and advanced use of our premium stack: HubSpot, Surfe, Modjo, Aircall.
