• Translate product and business requirements into well-structured, scalable software designs.
• Work effectively in a large, mature codebase by understanding architectural dependencies and improving code quality and maintainability.
• Build and enhance data-processing and digitalization workflows, including document ingestion, transformation, validation, and integration.
• Collaborate with AI/ML specialists to integrate intelligent document-processing capabilities into reliable product workflows.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues; improve application performance, reliability, and operational supportability.
• Contribute to modernization efforts involving Linux-based platforms, containers, cloud-native technologies, and automation.
• Communicate progress, risks, technical decisions, and dependencies clearly to teammates and stakeholders; maintain useful technical documentation.
What you need to succeed
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience developing and maintaining enterprise software.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Framework or modern .NET.
• Demonstrated experience designing maintainable software and translating requirements into sound implementation approaches.
• Experience working in large or established codebases, navigating dependencies, and making sustainable improvements.
• Experience with data-processing or integration workflows and relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Working knowledge of Linux and containerization technologies such as Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes is expected or readily transferable.
• Familiarity with source control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code review practices.
• Clear written and verbal communication, reliable follow-through, and the ability to collaborate across distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ownership mindset and commitment to code quality.
