About Performance Strategy:

Performance Strategy's mission is to expand our expertise and leverage our proximity to technology and customers to incubate, manage & grow the Accelerate customers. We sit in the middle of the organization, serving as a bridge between commercial and technical teams — power users of our tools who support implementation, optimization, analytics, and product and process development.

Performance Strategy supports all Accelerate customers through every stage of the account lifecycle, with an eye on performance, scale, and growth strategies. We thrive as performance specialists & strategists, and in the Accelerate world, performance = revenue.

Purpose of the Role:

This is a hybrid role that pairs core Performance Strategist responsibilities with ownership of billing and collections operations for strategic APAC/GCR customers. The role acts as an operational bridge between Commercial, Finance, and Performance Strategy - combining hands-on campaign optimization and client support with billing workflow ownership, so that performance strategy and revenue operations for key accounts are managed by a single, closely connected point of contact.

This role is primarily internal-facing on the billing side (partnering with Finance, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Commercial teams) while retaining direct client-facing responsibility on the performance side.

Responsibilities:

Performance Strategy

• Own and support accounts as POC or pooled support across Existing or New Business functions by understanding Liftoff's product, nuances, and trends as well as managing performance, resolving escalations, and collaborating with account teams
• Optimize campaigns using Looker and proprietary tools/dashboards; share findings and recommendations with client-facing and internal teams
• Lead cross-functional communication across technical and non-technical teams

Billing, Collections & Finance Coordination

• Manage billing and collections workflows for strategic customers, including bespoke processes for key enterprise accounts
• Partner with Accounts Receivable to monitor invoices, payment status, and collections activity; resolve billing discrepancies and payment exceptions
• Act as the primary operational liaison between APAC Commercial teams and Global AR, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Revenue Leadership
• Support enterprise billing processes, credit checks, and Salesforce/RevOps tasks (e.g., account setup, discrepancy resolution)
• Drive alignment on overdue invoices and provide status updates to Finance and leadership on high-risk deals

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to optimize billing, collections, and finance workflows
• Drive standardization and automation to improve efficiency and scalability across APAC billing operations
• Leverage AI to streamline current processes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of campaign optimization, BI, or analytical experience in adtech; performance-focused optimization experience a must
• Prior exposure to billing, collections, or finance operations preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• Fluent in Business Mandarin and English
• Project management, organizational, and communication skills
• A process-oriented approach and ability to draw insights from data
• A proactive spirit with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable operating across Slack, WeChat, and other communication channels as required by client/region

Location:

This role is eligible for hyrbid work onsite at our Singapore hub. We require our team members to be onsite 2-3 days a week.

Travel Expectations:

We offer several opportunities for in-person team gatherings, including but not limited to project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events. We expect our employees to attend these gatherings at least once per quarter. These gatherings provide essential opportunities for collaboration, communication, and team building.

Compensation:
