Shape the Future of AI-Driven Pharmaceutical Product Development (PD)

In our pharmaceutical product development team at Bristol Myers Squibb in Hyderabad, we are focusing on building advanced and emerging GenAI, data science and engineering, and modelling approaches addressing complex challenges across chemical process development, biologics development, drug product development, and analytical development.

We are looking for an experienced professional (scientific manager - individual contributor) focused on advanced GenAI and data science capabilities, ideally with prior domain understanding and context of pharmaceutical product development and manufacturing.  We seek talent who can critically challenge assumptions, frame the right questions, navigate ambiguity, and partner with AI to solve complex scientific problems related to pharmaceutical development.

This exciting opportunity sits at the intersection of science, technology, and innovation to help shape pharmaceutical development and build an environment where human expertise and AI work together to accelerate innovation, enhance productivity in pharmaceutical development, and help bring more robust and high-quality medicines to our patients faster.

What You Will Do
