About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

Based in Milan, this is a Specialist Account Executive role. Slack, part of Salesforce, is the system of engagement for the Agentic Enterprise — the layer where employees, AI agents, and enterprise data meet to get work done. In this role, you'll run a high-velocity book of accounts, combining fast discovery conversations with a disciplined sales process to drive new and expanding Slack business, while partnering closely with Salesforce Core Account Executives to unlock opportunities across your territory.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and close — across a high volume of parallel, shorter-cycle deals.

• Build relationships with business and departmental leaders, positioning Slack's AI capabilities (including Enterprise Search, an AI-powered search tool, and Slackbot, Slack's AI assistant) as the solution to their challenges.

• Partner with Salesforce Core Account Executives and Solution Engineers to co-sell, demo, and tailor solutions across your territory.

• Develop ROI-driven business cases that ground Slack AI recommendations in measurable productivity and cost outcomes.

You're Our Person If...

• You are fluent in Italian and English.

• You have a proven track record as a quota-carrying SaaS sales professional, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

• You can manage a large, high-velocity pipeline with strong time management and forecasting discipline.

• You have exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor value propositions to customer needs.

Even Better If...

• You have experience selling collaboration, productivity, or enterprise software solutions.

• You have experience selling into Financial Services, Retail/Consumer, Manufacturing/Automotive, or Energy & Utilities.

• You have working familiarity with AI concepts — enough to self-serve a first-call demo of AI assistants and search tools.

• You've worked in team-selling environments, aligning with core Account Executives and partners.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
