Our team shared’s mission is deploy AI agents to transform how patients and doctors connect

We believe healthcare shouldn’t be defined by missed calls, endless waiting lines, and overwhelmed staff. Patients and professionals deserve better.

Vocca builds AI voice agents that answer every call instantly, schedule and reschedule appointments, and free up staff to focus on what matters most: care.

Already trusted by 15 000+ providers, we’re transforming the patient–provider relationship, one call at a time.

Context

Vocca builds AI voice agents that answer patient calls, handle appointment booking and rescheduling, and free up time for medical teams. Following our $20M Series A led by Norrsken, with the founders of Alan and Datadog, we are a team of 50+ across Paris and New York, and 250 healthcare organizations trust us.

Our client base is organized into three segments:

• Our 40 largest accounts (hospitals, groups, networks of centers) are managed by two Key Account Managers.

• 150 to 170 clients are supported by a dedicated team.

• In between, 40 to 50 organizations (multi-site centers, specialist practices, regional groups) have strong growth potential.

A center that opens a new site every six months, a surgeon who operates in three clinics: every account in this segment opens the door to others. This is the portfolio you will own.

Your mission

Turn this portfolio into a growth engine: €400K in upsell over the year and 95% retention. You make sure your clients are satisfied and actively using Vocca, then turn their trust into additional revenue: new sites, new practitioners, new facilities.

Expected outcomes

After 3 months:

• You master the product, the client journey and our tools

• 40 to 50 accounts taken over and qualified: satisfaction, sites, opening plans, potential

• A written expansion plan for every account with potential

• Your first upsells signed

After 6 months:

• Portfolio managed autonomously, with a consistent follow-up routine

• An up-to-date expansion pipeline in the CRM, sized for the annual target

• Key clients and referrers identified and closely followed

After 12 months:

• €400K in upsell signed

• 95% retention across the portfolio

• Client feedback consolidated and actionable for the Product and Sales teams

Your responsibilities

Grow every account

• Spot opportunities: site openings, new practitioners, new services

• Build and execute an expansion plan for each account, from identification to signature

• Leverage your clients' networks to open new facilities

Drive satisfaction and usage

• Hold regular check-ins with medical secretaries, center managers and practitioners

• Track usage and demonstrate impact: calls handled, time saved, service quality

• Anticipate risks and take control of tense situations

Coordinate deployments on your new sites

• Scope the client's needs before rollout

• Hand over cleanly to the Deployment team, who execute

• Follow the project through to go-live and adoption

Manage your portfolio

• Prioritize by effort and impact, without overlooking clients who are influential in their specialty

• Keep a flawless CRM: every upsell is tracked

• Bring field insights back to the Product and Sales teams

This role is for you if

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years in a client-facing role with a real business dimension: account management, account management on a platform or marketplace, customer success with revenue targets, consulting

• You have already grown existing accounts and can quantify your results

• Fluent French, good written and spoken English

What we will assess:

• Revenue mindset and service focus: you see your job as a growth function, and you care about client follow-up as much as closing

• Ownership: you take on an issue, unblock it and see it through

• Portfolio thinking: you reason in segments and priorities, not client by client

• Relationship building: you build trust with very different people, from medical secretaries to group executives

• Rigor: follow-ups, meeting notes and CRM kept up to date without being asked

Nice to have: experience in healthcare, AI or B2B SaaS

This role is NOT for you if

• You are looking for a pure hunting role on large deals, and day-to-day client follow-up quickly bores you

• You see customer success as support, with no business objective

• You need a fixed framework to be effective

Compensation and benefits

• €60-70K (fixe+variable). Variable pay is based on your OKRs, weighted mainly on upsell, and paid monthly.

• Equity (BSPCE)

• Executive contract (cadre) on a forfait-jours basis, with 8 to 12 RTT days per year

• Hybrid: 3 days per week at the office (Paris 2nd arrondissement)

• MacBook provided

• Meal vouchers: €9 per working day (55% covered by the company)

• Health insurance: 50% of Alan covered; public transport: 50% of Navigo covered; EGYM Wellpass

• Annual offsite and team events throughout the year

We aim to keep the process within 30 days. You’ll receive continuous feedback throughout.
