Who We Are

Our strategy? To be anything but typical strategy consultants! Our unconventional nature is embedded deep in our DNA. Over 50 years ago, BCG shook up the world of strategy consulting. Now, it has grown to become one of the world leaders in the field. How do we manage to stay ahead of the pack? The answer is simple: by reinventing ourselves every day and providing a home with diverse career opportunities to the best talent and most creative minds all over the world. And by giving you the chance to make an impact in business and society. BCG stands for authenticity, exceptional work, and strong integrity. Once you’ve become part of the Group, we’ll help you find your path, unleash your potential, effect change, and advance the world.

#welcometothegroup

“Your business is our business.” If our Business Management and Operations Team had a slogan, that’s what it would be. The fact is, though, that the members of this team are far too busy ensuring our consultants’ work is efficient and productive to have the time to come up with slogans. Whether Executive or Management Assistant, Receptionist, Facility Staff member, Team Lead, or Office Manager: Each and every member of the Business Management and Operations Team contributes directly to our consultants’ success—and thus to that of our clients.

What You'll Do

As a Working Student, you will support the Executive Assistant and Reception Teams at our Stuttgart office. In the reception area, you’ll help us support clients and visitors and answer phone calls professionally and forward them if necessary. In addition, you will run errands, handle the mail and courier services, and take care of booking and preparing the conference rooms. In the Executive Assistant area, you’ll coordinate any travel requests that come up from beginning to end, keeping an eye on timing and costs. Last but not least, you will handle printing and copy requests, duplicate and bind presentations, and ensure that our offices are stocked with the supplies they need, in a reliable and service-oriented manner. Functioning as an indispensable hub, you will additionally help to ensure that day-to-day office operations run smoothly while putting your best foot forward to represent both our office and BCG.
