We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Processing to join our Client Processing team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL (4 days in office expectation).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Provide advanced analytical and operational support by evaluating processing trends, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and enhancing overall client processing capabilities.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives designed to optimize workflows, improve operational accuracy, and support the scalability of client processing activities.
• Manage complex client inquiries and operational exceptions, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining a high standard of client service and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal business partners and cross-functional teams to identify root causes of operational challenges, implement sustainable solutions, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Support product development, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing activities to ensure technology solutions effectively support transaction processing requirements.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and risk indicators, providing recommendations that strengthen controls, improve service quality, and enhance the client experience.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Typically 5-7 years of experience in financial services, operations, client processing, transaction processing, or a related field.
• Experience with brokerage operations, securities processing, transaction management, or related operational functions preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills with the ability to assess and resolve complex operational issues.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage client relationships and collaborate across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Applicable local or regional licenses and certifications as required by the business.
