Creator Partnerships Coordinator – Europe

Position Overview

Do you love influencer marketing and creator partnerships, and speak fluent German, French or Spanish? As Creator Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll lead influencer and creator collaborations for ZURU Edge brands across key European markets, including Germany, France and Spain. You’ll build partnerships that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales. You’ll also build and manage relationships with local creators, from micro-influencers to large-scale content partners, and deliver authentic, on-brand content that resonates with audiences in each market.

About ZURU

ZURU is a reimagination company. We look for categories that have stood still, then we build next-generation products and brands that set the new standard. ZURU Toys is reimagining play. ZURU Edge is reinventing everyday consumer brands. Rhodes Pet Science is reimagining pet science. ZURU Tech is leading the next building revolution.

ZURU started in 2003 with two brothers from New Zealand, and we’re still founder-owned and operated today. Since then we’ve become the world’s second-biggest privately held toy company, and nearly half of all Gen Y and Gen Z households with kids in the US own a ZURU product. Today we’re 5,000 people in 34 offices, selling into more than 150 markets, backed by over 100 acres of fully automated manufacturing. And we’re only getting started.

Position Impact

Creators are one of the most powerful ways our brands reach new audiences. This role brings ZURU Edge brands to life across Europe on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms. You’ll work closely with the Brand Marketing and Brand Engagement teams to find, negotiate with and manage the right creators in each market. You’ll also partner with the Social, Content and Paid Media teams so the best creator content works harder. Alongside their Team Lead, you’ll coach and develop our India-based influencer team, raising execution quality and analytical capability across the function.

How you’ll help us grow

• Find, vet and onboard creators in Germany, France, Spain and other European markets who fit our brand personalities, audiences and campaign goals, building a strong network from micro to macro influencers

• Negotiate deliverables, usage rights and contracts in creators’ local languages, working with the legal and procurement teams

• Turn brand briefs into market-specific creator strategies with clear deliverables and timelines

• Brief creators in their own language on brand guidelines, key messages and creative direction, adapting messaging to local culture while leaving room for each creator’s own voice

• Work with creators to produce engaging, on-brand local-language content for organic and paid amplification

• Maintain relationships with top-performing creators and turn them into long-term brand advocates

• Track creator and campaign performance (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions and ROI), and deliver post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations

• Monitor social trends, platform algorithm changes and competitor activity across European markets to inform strategy

• Give the India-based influencer team daily direction, feedback, training and development support, partnering with their Team Lead and addressing performance gaps early

• Partner with the Brand Marketing, Brand Engagement, Social, Content and Paid Media teams to align creator campaigns with launches and seasonal campaigns, and boost high-performing creator content

What Helps You Win Here

• Fluent or native German, French or Spanish (written and spoken), plus professional-level English. A second European language is a big plus

• Around 1–2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social media campaign management

• A solid understanding of the creator and social landscape in at least one major European market, including cultural nuances, local content trends and platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube

• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, communication and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at pace

• A data-driven mindset, plus the flexibility to work across time zones to connect with creators in Europe

Who thrives at ZURU

This isn’t a 9-to-5. We move fast, think big and set goals most companies would call impossible, then go after them. The people who thrive here are entrepreneurs at heart. They own their work, chase bold ideas and never stop raising the bar.

At ZURU, you drive your career, and we give you the platform to take it as far as you can. There are opportunities here that you won’t find anywhere else, and you’ll be surrounded by talented people who make things happen. We’re a true meritocracy: we reward impact, not tenure.

How we work

Big ideas happen when great people work side by side, so we’re office-first by design. Being together means faster collaboration, sharper decisions and stronger teams, and it’s where the real learning happens. Some flexibility may be available depending on the role, location and business needs, but most roles are office-based.
