About the role and team

Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script. As an Account Partner for Grocery & Retail, you will own a portfolio of merchants ranging from local specialty shops to large supermarket chains, acting as their primary strategic partner to drive growth and operational excellence. You will bridge the digital and real worlds by translating complex data into actionable strategies that help our partners thrive on the Uber platform.

You will face the constant challenge of balancing commercial negotiations with technical operational hurdles, often with shifting priorities and imperfect information. Success here requires a "go-get-it" attitude, deep curiosity about our technology, and the resilience to stay steady when navigating tough conversations or complex partner escalations. If you are motivated by tangible impact and ready to take full ownership of your portfolio’s success, this is where you’ll grow.
