Must Have

· Windows workstation OS installation, troubleshooting issues. Laptop preparation and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

· Installation and troubleshooting applications like Microsoft office, Visual Studio. Working in ticketing system and adhering to SLAs.

· Good communication skills, clarity in understanding requests and correctness in sending responses.

· Enthusiastic to know and manage applications like DLP, CrowdStrike and other security endpoints.

· Self driven and interested in fixing application related issues.

· Zoho End Point central / Mange Engine End Point central for end point

management or any other remote tool.

Good to have

· Knowledge in Zoho helpdesk

· Knowledge in Windows Active Directory, servers.

· Basic knowledge in Microsoft 365 tenant administration.

· Basic knowledge in Microsoft Azure
