Support the sales process, SOW creation, and customer discovery to ensure realistic scoping and delivery.

Occasionally travel to customer sites to conduct training, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and strengthen customer relationships.

Help build and refine GAB's project delivery framework and templates (e.g., implementation checklists, communication cadences, UAT playbooks) to improve consistency and efficiency.

Minimum of 2 years of project management or related experience in a SaaS environment.

Familiarity with software implementation processes and project lifecycle management.

Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Technical aptitude and proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Rocketlane).

Strong initiative and ability to balance analytical detail work with big-picture strategic thinking.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product environment and respond strategically to client needs.

Preferred:

Experience managing public sector or government SaaS implementations.
