• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and reusable deployment patterns that make future implementations faster
• Collaboratively develop solution architectures and implementation roadmaps for technical and business stakeholders
• Present technical designs to customer architecture and review boards and incorporate their feedback
• Partner with Support, Product, and Engineering to feed customer insights back into the product
• Mentor other engineers and help raise the bar on implementation best practices
Required QualificationsTechnical & Consulting Expertise
• 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, systems engineering, or a similar role

• Working knowledge of SAN storage and file share configuration, permissions, and performance
• Solid understanding of application and infrastructure security practices, including secure configuration, access control, encryption in transit and at rest, and working within customer security requirements
• Hands-on experience configuring SSO and identity integration using standards such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, and LDAP/Active Directory, with several identity providers (for example, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Keycloak)
• Scripting skills in Python, Shell, and/or PowerShell
