About BeatO

BeatO is a digital health company in India focused on diabetes care and GLP-1 weight loss. It combines smart devices (glucometers, CGM, BP monitors, smart scales), doctor-led care programs, diet coaching, and a curated range of health foods, supplements, and lifestyle products, sold direct to consumers.

BeatO serves over 2 million patients and 10 lakh+ device users, backed by 100+ doctors and 200+ coaches.

Role Summary

BeatO is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition across its B2C businesses, from devices and supplements to doctor-led care programs.

Success in this role means profitable, scalable growth: efficient CAC, strong ROAS, and a steady pipeline of new customers across paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max), and other relevant channels.
• Own full-funnel performance, from prospecting to retargeting, with clear accountability for CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue contribution.
• Manage and allocate monthly paid media budgets, scaling what works and cutting what does not.
• Run structured testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies, and turn the learnings into repeatable playbooks.
• Work closely with the creative, brand, product, and tech teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and the checkout and app-install journey.
• Set up and maintain tracking and attribution (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and app or MMP attribution where relevant) so spend decisions rest on reliable data.
• Build clear weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership, with insights and next steps rather than just numbers.
• Partner with CRM and retention teams to link acquisition quality to repeat purchase and lifetime value.
• Manage external agencies and ad-platform contacts where applicable, and keep up with platform changes and new growth opportunities.

At least 5 years of overall work experience, with hands-on experience in performance marketing.

B2C experience: has run paid acquisition for a consumer-facing brand or product.

Strong hands-on command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Comfort with analytics and attribution tools (such as GA4 and GTM), and the ability to work from data to decisions.

Based in Delhi, or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in D2C, e-commerce, health, wellness, or app-led consumer businesses.

Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets with clear ROI accountability.

Exposure to app install and app-based funnels, as well as website funnels.

Familiarity with CRM and lifecycle marketing, and with working alongside creative teams on ad concepts.

Experience working within advertising policies for health-related products.
