• Source Strategic Accounts: Identify and acquire high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), market makers, and institutional trading desks.

• Manage Liquidity & Execution: Cultivate deep, long-term liquidity relationships and successfully close large-block trades.

• Act as the Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between our institutional clients and internal trading, compliance, and product teams.

What We Are Looking For

• OTC/Sales Track Record: 2+ years of experience in institutional sales, financial business development, or OTC trading desks
• Crypto Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics (fiat-backed vs. algorithmic/crypto-backed), mint/burn flows, and multi-chain dynamics (Ethereum, Tron, Solana, L2s).
• Institutional/HNWI Network: An active, existing network of institutional crypto market participants, funds, or HNWIs is highly preferred.
• Compliance-First Mindset: Strong grasp of global AML, KYC, and travel rule requirements. You understand how to manage risk without killing the deal.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. You can explain complex settlement flows to other teams clearly.
