• Lead the design and governance of new-hire onboarding, advanced curricula, field coaching resources, facilitator preparation, and continuing education; connect learning to real account planning and field application.
• Direct training support for launches and major commercial initiatives, including readiness plans, national meetings, workshops, and follow-through after training.
• Guide content development and medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance review in partnership with the appropriate functions; ensure approved materials are used and training remains within role and promotional boundaries.
• Establish measures of readiness and effectiveness, use field insights and performance data to adjust the strategy, and communicate recommendations and results to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and external learning partners; set deliverables, manage timelines and resources, and ensure quality and consistency across programs.
• Explore and apply appropriate learning technologies, including digital practice, assessment, analytics, and AI-enabled tools, within company policies and approved processes.

Qualifications
