Develop strategies for modernization, cloud adoption, systems integration, and digital transformation. Establish standards and governance to ensure security, scalability, reliability, and cost-effective operations.

Ensure Excellence: Oversee system design, integration, performance tuning, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and upgrades. Lead feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, workflow mapping, and modernization planning. Maintain system documentation and communicate complex recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
