🚀 Join Katalon as our Director, Sales – APMEA, driving enterprise growth and regional sales leadership across APAC, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

About the role

As Director, Sales - APMEA, you will grow an existing regional business through hands-on enterprise selling and the development of a small sales team in Vietnam and India. Reporting directly to our revenue leader, you will own strategic customer relationships, win new business and help other sellers succeed. The immediate focus is Asia-Pacific within the broader APMEA remit. This role suits a proven enterprise seller ready to combine direct customer impact with greater regional leadership responsibility.

What You Will Own

• Own the APMEA revenue plan, prioritizing markets and accounts with the revenue leader and delivering new business, expansion and retention outcomes.

• Personally lead a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, building executive relationships, protecting renewals and identifying opportunities to expand customer value.

• Create and close new enterprise opportunities, leading discovery, business-case development, negotiation and complex buying processes from first engagement to signature.

• Coach and develop the regional sales team through live customer work, practical feedback and clear expectations, helping sellers build skills, confidence and accountability.

• Build relationships with regional partners and translate joint account plans into qualified opportunities and closed business.

• Maintain a credible pipeline and accurate forecasts through Katalon's existing CRM, account planning and revenue review processes; surface risks early and act on them.

• Work with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and Product to connect customer needs with the right solution, support adoption and turn field insight into better commercial decisions.

• Spend time with customers, partners and the team in the field, representing Katalon in key conversations and building a strong regional presence.

What We're Looking For

• A record of meeting or exceeding enterprise SaaS or software sales targets, with recent examples of complex deals you personally originated, negotiated and closed.

• Experience leading or coaching quota-carrying sellers, with clear examples of helping others improve their skills and results.

• Commercial experience across multiple Asia-Pacific markets, particularly Southeast Asia, and an understanding of regional customer and partner relationships.

• Confidence engaging senior business and technology leaders, translating technical capabilities into business value, and navigating complex buying decisions. Excellent English communication is essential.

• Sound commercial judgment and disciplined use of CRM, account planning and forecasting. You collaborate well across functions, take initiative and remain curious as customer needs and technology evolve.

Nice to Have

• Experience in software testing, quality engineering, DevOps, developer tools or related enterprise technology.

• Experience building regional partner networks or selling into the Middle East or Africa. Additional regional languages are welcome.

Why Join Us

• Build on an existing business. You will work with established enterprise customers, a product portfolio and a regional team, with room to grow the business through your own contribution.

• Stay close to decisions. Work directly with our revenue leader and alongside Product, Sales Engineering and customer teams in Vietnam and across the region. Your customer insight will help shape commercial priorities and product conversations.

• Grow as a regional leader. Develop your team, build senior customer relationships and create a visible record of results. Broader leadership opportunities can develop with demonstrated performance, capability and business needs.

• If you love winning customers, building markets and getting things done, we'd like to hear from you.
