About Firestorm
At Firestorm Labs, we’re always looking ahead, and that includes building relationships with forward-thinking engineers, operators, and innovators who want to shape the future of defense technology. We’re a high-growth technology company dedicated to overcoming the asymmetric challenges inherent to the future of national security. Backed by leading venture capital and built at the intersection of defense and cutting-edge technology, Firestorm is pioneering mission-adaptable aerial vehicles designed to enable operators and put power back in their hands.
Our mission is to revolutionize how defense solutions are designed and delivered. Through innovative, cost-efficient technologies, we’re working to empower U.S. allies to effectively deter aggressors, regardless of defense budget. This commitment is rooted in a core principle we call democratized deterrence; advancing defense innovation where cutting-edge capabilities are no longer limited by budget or lengthy timelines. We’re redefining defense procurement and building world-class capabilities at a fraction of the cost. To do that, we need exceptional people who thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring an ownership mindset to everything they do. At Firestorm, you’re not just executing tasks, you’re responsible for outcomes. We believe in giving people the autonomy to lead, the tools to build, and the trust to own what they create.
