FlytBase is building the nervous system for large industrial sites.
We operate at AI speed - autonomy and intelligence at our core. Our lean team thrives in a high-agency, high-velocity environment where AI is not a side project; it is the operating system for how we think, build, and grow.

The Role

You don't wait for leads to arrive — you go find them. As FlytBase's Outbound BDR, you'll identify and pursue named enterprise accounts across energy, mining, and critical infrastructure sectors. This isn't about dialing through a list someone handed you. You'll build systems to find the right companies, identify the right people within them, and reach out in ways that actually break through. You'll run outbound campaigns using AI orchestration, MarTech tools, and a hacker's mindset. Think: opening Google Maps to find mining operations by site footprint, pulling the company into Hermes/Claude/Clay, identifying the right stakeholders, and sending a message that resonates — all at scale, but feeling personal. We'll train you on the tools and workflows. What you bring is curiosity, hustle, and the instinct to figure things out. This is a hunter-in-training role for someone who wants to learn how modern outbound really works.

What You'll Own

• Building target account lists across energy, mining, and critical infrastructure — finding companies others miss

• Running AI-powered research workflows to map org charts, identify decision-makers, and understand business context

• Crafting and launching outbound campaigns that combine automation with genuine personalization

• Testing messaging angles, subject lines, and outreach sequences — treating every campaign like an experiment

• Managing the full outbound stack: Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and whatever new tools we adopt

• Booking qualified meetings with VP+ executives at Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing industrial operators

• Building playbooks and systems that make outbound repeatable and scalable

• Collaborating with AEs to refine ICPs and messaging based on what actually converts

Best Suited For

• Freshers with hustle, curiosity, and a bias toward figuring things out without hand-holding

• People who've already played with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and see them as leverage, not novelty

• Fast learners who can pick up new software without needing a training manual for every feature

• Strong researchers who enjoy detective work — finding hidden signals, connecting dots, building context

• Clear, concise communicators who can write messages that sound human, not templated

• People comfortable with rejection — you'll hear 'no' far more than 'yes' and keep moving

• Self-starters who treat ambiguity as freedom, not frustration

• Anyone who's built something scrappy on their own — a side project, a college initiative, anything that required resourcefulness

What Makes You a Flyter

• Systems thinker: You don't just do tasks — you build workflows that make the task obsolete next time.

• Relentlessly resourceful: When you hit a wall, you find three other ways around it before asking for help.

• High velocity, low ego: You'd rather ship 10 imperfect campaigns this month than one perfect campaign next quarter.

• AI-native mindset: You see AI as your co-pilot, not a threat. You're constantly asking 'how can I automate this?'

• Uncomfortable with comfort: You get restless when things feel easy. You want the next challenge before you've fully mastered the current one.

• Ownership without oversight: You don't need daily check-ins to stay on track. You set your own bar and hold yourself to it.

What We Don't Want

• People who need a perfectly defined process before they can start moving. We're building the playbook as we go.

• Anyone who sees this as 'just a BDR job' — a stepping stone they'll tolerate for six months before moving on.

• Candidates who treat AI tools like magic instead of leverage. If you don't understand how prompts work, this isn't the role.

• People allergic to repetition. Outbound is a volume game. You'll send hundreds of messages. Some will land, most won't.

• Anyone waiting to be told what to do. If you need hand-holding, you'll struggle here.

• Candidates who think 9-to-5 effort will yield top-1% results. This role rewards people who go deep, not people who clock out on time.

Why FlytBase?

• H3 Philosophy: We're building a company that's Happy, Healthy, AND High-Performing. Not as a balance—as a harmony. We move fast without burning out.

• Radical Ownership: You won't need permission to experiment, build, or lead. If you see a problem, you own the solution.

• Mazaa Aayega: Our internal motto. Yes, the work is intense. But it's also deeply meaningful and genuinely fun.

• Systems That Scale: We don't celebrate one-off heroics. We build compounding systems that create leverage.

• In-Person Energy: We work from our Pune office because proximity accelerates everything—ideas, feedback, trust, and impact, but travel globally for customer meetings, tradeshows, and deployments.

The Perks

• High agency team and sense of purpose

• International Travel - we travel to all 6 continents (sorry, no business in Antarctica yet)
