• Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption.

• Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days and surface targeted coaching opportunities to accelerate success.

• Share field insights to inform scalable resources, improve onboarding, and strengthen future trainings.

Practice Readiness & Operational Alignment

• Assess readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment to proactively surface blockers or risks.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the right resources, messaging, and tools are in place before training day.

• Customize training strategies based on practice size, complexity, and clinical goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Clinical Training Experience: 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, with strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows. Should have experience training cohorts of up to ten assistants or staff at a time

• Travel Readiness: Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% to deliver in-practice training and support.

• Proximity to Travel Hubs: Located near a major airport to support frequent national travel. Must be within 60-min drive to airport.

• Leadership Presence: Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across roles to influence behavior and drive adoption.

• In-Person Agility: Comfortable operating independently in the field, adjusting plans in real-time based on practice dynamics and needs.

• Operational Expertise: 3+ years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination in fast-paced environments.

• Strong Communicator: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to adjust tone and approach based on audience—whether working with hygienists or C-suite stakeholders.
