Remote Teleradiologist Opportunities | All Shifts & Multiple Work Models

Practice Radiology on Your Terms

Distributed Radiology Services (DRS) is expanding its remote teleradiology team and offers radiologists the flexibility to choose when they work, how often they work, and the employment model that best fits their goals.

From early-morning coverage beginning at 4:00 AM to daytime, evening, and overnight shifts, DRS provides a wide range of scheduling options for radiologists seeking greater control over their practice.

Whether you want the stability of a traditional W-2 position, the flexibility of per diem work, or the independence of an independent contractor arrangement, there's an option designed around the way you want to practice.

Flexible Scheduling Options

Choose the schedule that works best for your lifestyle:

• Early Morning Coverage: Starting as early as 4:00 AM ET
• Day Shifts: Flexible daytime coverage options
• Evening Shifts: Opportunities for 2nd-shift coverage
• Overnight Shifts: Opportunities for 3rd-shift coverage
• Full-Time: Consistent schedules for radiologists seeking a long-term remote career
• Part-Time: Reduced schedules to accommodate other professional or personal commitments
• Per Diem: Work when you want, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts
• 7 on/7 off and other scheduling models available based on practice needs

Choose the Work Model That Fits You

DRS offers multiple ways to work, giving radiologists the ability to select the arrangement that best matches their career and lifestyle.

W-2 Radiologist
Enjoy the stability of W-2 employment, competitive compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and access to a robust remote practice infrastructure.

Per Diem W-2
Looking for flexibility without committing to a traditional full-time schedule? Per diem W-2 opportunities allow you to pick up shifts while maintaining the advantages of W-2 employment.

Independent Contractor
For radiologists who prefer greater independence and flexibility, independent contractor opportunities provide another way to build a remote practice schedule around your priorities.

Why Radiologists Choose DRS

A Remote Practice Built Around Your Life

DRS understands that no two radiologists have the same professional goals. Some prefer a predictable full-time schedule. Others want to work a few shifts each month. Some prefer overnight work, while others want to start early and finish their clinical day before most of the workday begins.

That's why DRS offers multiple shifts, schedules, and work models rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Work early. Work days. Work evenings. Work nights. Work full-time, per diem, or independently. Choose the arrangement that works for you.

Qualifications

• Fellows and residents are welcome to apply.
• Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).

Compensation

The salary range for applicable W-2 positions is $350,000–$600,000, depending on schedule, workload, experience, geographic location, productivity, certifications, and other relevant factors.

Additional compensation and incentives may include productivity bonuses, commencement bonuses, retention bonuses, and annual citizenship bonuses, depending on the applicable position and employment model.
