Position Overview: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent Excel skills, This role primarily involves Invoice generation, reconciliation, generating reports to ensure accurate financial information and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:1. Invoicing:o Validate, record & Process Customer Invoices accurately and within defined timelines on SAP B1 & Billing Tool, resolve billing discrepancies.o Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies and accounting procedures.
2. Reconciliation:o Perform regular reconciliations of financial transactions, accounts, and statements.o Identify discrepancies, variances and work with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.o Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
3. Reporting:o Maintain accurate AR Reports.o Assist with month-end closing activities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Proven experience of 2+ years as a Financial Analyst or similar role.- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.- Proficiency in Google Sheets, including the use of formulas, lookups, data validation, conditional formatting, and other reporting aspects.- Experience with financial reconciliation and reporting.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withdiverse teams.- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with financial software and ERP systems (SAP B1).
