We're not here to add to the noise. We're here to cut through it- with AI that actually works for marketers.   From AI-powered content creation to world-class CMS and the industry's most trusted experimentation platform, Optimizely is the tool modern marketers actually want to use. AI-Ready. Set. Go.   10,000+ brands including H&M, PayPal, and Zoom already get it. So do Gartner, Forrester, and IDC, who consistently recognize us as leaders in MarTech.   But here's the thing about building great products: it takes great people. Our 1,600+ Optimizers across 12 global offices are curious, collaborative, and refreshingly human. We don't do corporate speak. We do real conversations, big ideas, and genuinely care for the work we make together.   If you want to be part of a team that's shaping the future of marketing technology — and actually enjoys doing it — you're in the right place. Introduction

Optimizely Expert Services is a team of Optimizely SMEs delivering a range of consulting and implementation services for our customers and partners across the APAC region.

Our work varies, from Technical Account Management (TAM) consulting and advisory services, to hands-on implementation services ranging from smaller engagements such as CMS upgrades, to larger projects including full implementations, and ongoing retainer based Subscription Services.

We rely on a variety of technologies and tooling to deliver outcomes for our customers, including traditional and AI tools such as Optimizely Opal, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and others, as part of how we work.

Job Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on Optimizely products including Opal, CMS, CMP, Commerce, Experimentation, Analytics, and more
• Lead delivery engagements, including implementations, migrations, upgrades, and ongoing retainer engagements as a dedicated Optimizely expert
• Support the broader Optimizely and Expert Services business in APJ, collaborating across teams to help the practice grow and succeed in region.

Knowledge and Experience

• Hands-on experience with one (or more) Optimizely products, in a real project context.
• 8+ years in digital delivery, consulting or professional services roles, with a strong background in website development, architecture, content, optimisation, or commerce.
• An open mind toward an AI first delivery model. If your current environment hasn't allowed it, that's fine. If you're opposed to it, this probably isn't the right fit.
