You’ll be building creditor relationships.

We’re hiring someone to support our growing Creditor Relations Team

• Partner with creditors through the list exchange process to secure settlements.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for each process.
• Provide ongoing support for creditors, when needed.
• Provide input to engineering on changes that occur in the list exchange process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Solo is fully remote, so this job is fully remote. Salary range $41,600 yearly with an annual target bonus of $20,000. Standard benefits package included.

We’re looking for someone with these qualifications.

• 3+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or people support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on collaboration and service.
• Continuously improves over time.
