Company Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With tens of millions of customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

Mid-market buyers don’t care about our products - they care about their problems. As Content Marketing Manager, Mid-Market, you will help build and run the content engine for Intuit’s mid-market audience: content mapped to the buyer journey and to the personas we sell to - their roles, their pain points, and the questions they’re asking at each stage - not our product taxonomy. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on turning content strategy into shipped, high-performing content. You will own the content roadmap and execution for key journey stages and personas, manage the content calendar and production pipeline, and partner with demand generation, field marketing, and product marketing to make sure every campaign and event is fueled by the right content. You’ll operate within the broader mid-market content architecture and have real ownership of what gets made, how well it performs, and how the engine scales.

Responsibilities

• Own the content roadmap and execution for assigned mid-market personas and journey stages, within the overall mid-market content strategy.

• Translate persona and pain-point insight into concrete content plans — the right asset, in the right format, at the right journey stage — and drive them through to publication.

• Run the mid-market content calendar and production pipeline: briefs, reviews, agency/freelancer management, and on-time delivery against campaign and event timelines.

• Create and edit high-impact content yourself — from thought leadership and web copy to nurture content and event narratives — holding everything to a pain-point-led, buyer-first standard.

• Partner with demand generation, field marketing, and ABM teams to fuel campaigns, events, and account plays with the content they need — and build distribution plans for every asset.

• Work with product marketing to translate product capability into buyer-relevant stories consistent with the mid-market narrative and messaging framework.

• Track content performance — engagement, consumption by stage, and influence on pipeline — and use the data to iterate on formats, topics, and channels.

• Contribute to scaling the content engine: reuse and atomization models, templates, and standards that raise output quality across the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in content marketing, content strategy, or integrated marketing for a B2B audience, ideally serving mid-market or enterprise buyers in SaaS or fintech.

• Proven experience building persona- and journey-based content — you design around buyer pain points and jobs-to-be-done, not product feature lists.

• A portfolio spanning multiple formats and funnel stages: thought leadership, gated and ungated assets, web content, nurture streams, event narratives, and sales enablement.

• Strong content operations skills — briefs, calendars, production pipelines, agency and freelancer management — and a track record of shipping consistently at a high quality bar.

• Analytical instincts: you use engagement, conversion, and pipeline data to find content gaps, retire what isn’t working, and scale what is.

• Excellent writing and editorial judgment; you can create standout content yourself and elevate the work of others.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable partnering with demand gen, field, ABM, and product marketing teams and managing competing priorities.

• Familiarity with SEO/AEO fundamentals and CMS/martech workflows.
