What You'll Do

As a Project Leader/Principal at BCG, you will lead digital transformation engagements that help organizations rethink business models, adopt emerging technologies, and improve performance. Working with senior clients and multidisciplinary teams, you will translate complex business challenges into practical strategies and sustainable outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Digital Transformation and Strategy: Lead engagements to shape digital strategies, transform business models, and accelerate enterprise-wide change.

• Emerging Technologies: Advise clients on opportunities including but not limited to cloud, blockchain, decentralized finance, Web3, and other emerging technologies.

• Customer Centricity: Redesign customer experiences using journey mapping, customer insights, and digital solutions.

• Digital Marketing and Personalization: Develop data-driven marketing strategies, including precision marketing, personalization, and digital channel optimization.

• Data, AI, and Analytics: Identify and scale AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions to improve business performance.

• New Ways of Working: Help organizations adopt agile operating models, strengthen change capabilities, and innovate at scale.

• Technology Function Transformation: Redesign technology functions to improve efficiency, flexibility, and alignment between business and technology priorities.

What You'll Bring

• At least 12 years of professional experience, including 3 years in strategy consulting.

• Deep expertise in one or more digital transformation domains, with demonstrated business impact.

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale digital transformation engagements.

• Strong ability to build trusted senior client relationships and align teams around strategic priorities.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to develop actionable business recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills, translating complex technology concepts for technical and nontechnical audiences.

You will collaborate with BCG consulting teams and multidisciplinary digital specialists, including engineers, architects, and data scientists, to address complex client challenges and deliver impactful digital transformation solutions. Working alongside senior clients and BCG leadership, you will build trusted relationships and bring together diverse perspectives and expertise to drive meaningful outcomes. You will also collaborate with colleagues across regional and global BCG teams, contributing to an inclusive environment built on teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
