Promevo, LLC was founded in 2001 by a group of experienced systems integration, application development, and systems administration specialists in Cincinnati, OH.

We are Promevo!

The name Promevo is derived from the Latin words promoveo, meaning "to move ahead" and promereo, meaning "to earn". It’s our name, but it’s also our purpose. We move clients ahead in technology, enabling their competitive advantage and we earn their trust with our technical excellence and dedication to their success. We believe that digital solutions shouldn’t be something our clients need to adapt to, instead we make digital solutions adapt to client needs.

Promevo is a Google Premier Partner for Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and Google Chrome, specializing in helping businesses harness the power of Google and the opportunities of AI. From technical support and implementation to expert consulting and custom solutions like gPanel, we empower organizations to optimize operations and accelerate growth in the AI era.

In addition to Google technology, Promevo's SaaS Platform (gPanel) provides our clients with a centralized user management interface providing administrators with visibility and control over all of their users' data and settings with its robust suite of security features.  We walk alongside our clients to help them achieve their digital transformation and infrastructure goals by providing Professional Services such as migrations, custom app development, fast track deployments, and white glove services.

Promevo is looking for a Director of Sales, Expansion who will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a team of Expansion Account Executives to drive revenue growth within Promevo's existing client base. This role oversees account expansion strategy, pipeline execution, and co-selling alignment with Google field teams. The Expansion Director actively supports high-value sales opportunities, provides executive representation across account portfolios, and leads cross-selling efforts across Promevo's solution offerings.

By joining the Promevo Team, you will find that our company culture is at the heart of our success. Promevo’s core values center around building trust, investing in care of each other, owning our work, respecting our differences, and engaging in positive attitudes. By living out these values each day, we build supportive teams that nurture development and growth, both individually and professionally.

Our Promevo team members are committed to living out the core values below:

• Build and Extend Trust – Show respect and listen. Do what you say you will do. Be transparent and dependable.
• Keep it Human – Invest in relationships. Show empathy. Do right by others. Take care of yourself, your family, and each other.

• Attitude is Contagious – Be fully engaged. Take pride in what you do. Spread your positivity. Courage. Energy. Passion. Purpose.

Duties and  Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the team: Hire, coach, and manage a team of Expansion Account Executives; manage to individual and team quotas, run pipeline and forecast reviews, and build a culture of accountability and consistent overachievement.
• Own the expansion number: Carry ultimate accountability for the team's expansion/cross-sell bookings target, net revenue retention, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy, reporting regularly to senior leadership.
• Drive full-stack account growth: Ensure the team consistently identifies and closes cross-sell and upsell opportunities across all three lines of business — first-party SaaS products, cloud engineering services, and Google resale.
• Scale the joint Google field motion: Build and systematize the process by which Expansion AEs align with their assigned Google field teams (FSRs, CEs, PDMs, FSMs, CEMs) on account growth plans and jointly execute them.
• Shape go-to-market strategy: Help build account segmentation, coverage model, and expansion playbooks for the team in partnership with Customer Success, Marketing, Partner, and Sales Operations leadership.
• Champion the full portfolio: Ensure the team can credibly position and sell across Promevo's cloud engineering services, first-party SaaS products, and Google resale offerings — with particular fluency in agentic AI platforms like Gemini Enterprise.
• Lead from the front on strategic deals: Engage directly with AEs on complex, large, or executive-level expansion opportunities — participating in key client meetings, negotiations, and account growth strategy.
• Protect and grow account health: Partner closely with your team to ensure account health and retention are strong foundations for the team's expansion motion.
• Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Solutions Architecture, Services Delivery, Client Success, Marketing, and Google's partner organization to ensure a strong account-growth-to-close-to-delivery motion and a consistent customer experience
• Reporting and forecasting: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline across the team; deliver accurate, timely forecasts and performance reporting to executive leadership.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience, including 4+ years in a sales leadership/management role carrying a team quota.
• Prior experience at a hyperscaler (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft/Azure) or a cloud partner organization strongly preferred — either in a sales, sales leadership, or partner-facing capacity.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling relationships with hyperscaler field/partner teams to align on and execute joint account growth plans at a team or organizational level.
• Track record of hiring, coaching, and retaining high-performing AEs, with strong sales cycle management and forecasting discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise sales, account management, expansion, or customer growth teams, with a strong understanding of net revenue retention and cross-sell/upsell motions.
• Strong working knowledge of cloud computing concepts and the competitive landscape, with specific fluency in agentic AI and productivity platforms (Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, Copilot, or similar).
• Experience leading teams that sell a mix of services and software/licensing (e.g., professional services alongside SaaS or resale products) is a strong plus.
• Executive presence and comfort representing the business at Google- and client-facing events, including public speaking and stakeholder management at the VP/C-level.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement/forecasting tools (Hubspot or similar).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, team support, and events as needed.
